The start of the year is always a busy and exciting time. Whether reconnecting or meeting for the first time, the entire Sunrise PTA executive board is so happy you are part of our school community!! Welcome! Grab your calendar - September has some important events and fun activities you won't want to miss! Sunrise 101 - Sept. 7th, 7 pm, Sunrise Library New and returning families are invited to join us in the Library to hear the answers to all your questions about Sunrise from seasoned parents. We'll cover drop off and pick-up procedures, lunches, school events, how you can be involved in the classroom, and more. School Open House with PTA Q&A - Sept. 12, 5:30- 7pm, Sunrise Open house is a school event for families to tour the building and meet the teachers and specialists. The PTA will be present to answer questions and connect you with opportunities to be involved this year. Monthly PTA Meeting - Sept. 14th, 7 pm, Sunrise Library This year, general PTA meetings are on the 2nd Thursday of the month. These meetings are open to all. Come to hear what's happening at the school and updates on PTA events and initiatives. Restaurant Night - Sept. 20th, business hours, Panda Express, Petrovitsky Rd. Eat-in or take-out all day and support our PTA! Panda Express will donate 20% to our PTA for all orders placed that use our code on September 20th. Order online or in-person, Petrovitsky location only. *confirmed Mariners Game - Sept. 30th, 6:40 pm, T-Mobile Park Bring your family and friends to the ballgame to see the M's take on the Rangers in their 2nd to last home game of this exciting season! We have special discount tickets available in two desirable sections. These tickets normally go for up to $90 each in these sections - purchased through our link they are $17 or $27 each!
